Serving the creative New York inspired comfort food dishes and cocktails for which the venues are renowned, Dirty Bones Shoreditch took over an iconic, Grade II listed heritage building in 2017.

Inspired by New York
The design was a collaboration between Studio Lots & More and Gina Brennan to embrace the site’s eclectic history, highlighting the beauty of the building's imperfections whilst subtly injecting Dirty Bones’ vibrant energy.
Key pieces of the house, such as the original dining room artwork, the grand pillared bar, and the painted façade of the restaurant remain, marrying the vintage look of the building with new, stylish, modern New York inspired touches; the neon, the brass bar top, and the room’s wrap around velvet seating by George Smith.
