Raising The Bar

Discover our bespoke bar stools, crafted for some of the world’s most iconic interiors.

George Smith Bar Stools

A well-designed bar stool does more than provide a seat. It defines the atmosphere of a space, creating a place to gather, converse and linger.

At George Smith, our bar stools are crafted with the same commitment to comfort, quality and longevity that defines all of our furniture. Each piece is handmade by skilled craftspeople, ensuring exceptional durability and refined detail.

Whether you are designing a kitchen island, a private bar, or a hospitality venue, we can work with you to create the perfect piece. If you have a drawing, photograph or simply an idea in mind, our design and development team will collaborate with you to bring it to life.

Designed For Comfort

The height, proportions and support of a bar stool are essential to its comfort. Unlike occasional seating, bar stools are often used for extended periods, whether for dining, socialising or entertaining.

Our designs take into account the ergonomics of seating at a counter or bar, ensuring the correct seat height, supportive backrests where needed, and the ideal depth for comfort.

Elevating The Everyday

In residential interiors, bar stools have become increasingly central to the home. Kitchen islands now function as dining tables, workspaces and social hubs, making comfortable seating more important than ever.

A well-made bar stool brings both practicality and personality to these spaces, elevating everyday moments into something more considered.

At George Smith, we approach the design of bar stools with the same philosophy that guides all of our furniture: timeless design, exceptional comfort and craftsmanship that stands the test of time,

Because when it comes to great interiors, the smallest details can make the biggest difference.
